I'm still convinced that what we are facing right now is a true Apocalypse, not in the religious sense of the word, but in conceptional.
And the more information I get, the more information surfaces, the more convinced I become.
But I still don't care and I don't have much to lose, which contributes to my attitude.
On March 23th these curfew rules were imposed, and since then I left home only once, on March 27th, at 7AM, to go to the nearest supermarket to buy bread. This took 13 minutes - I was the first customer, of course, and on my way there and back I met just three people, all visibly horrified and wearing masks. Supermarkets now are opened from 7AM till 11PM, but they remain closed on Sundays - they were opened once, on March 22nd, but there were too little customers, so they decided to keep them closed on Sundays ever since.
So yeah, there is not much to tell about my life, I watch Youtube, read LJ and occasionally look out of the window to watch stray cats sleeping, wandering, interacting and climbing trees.
The weather was pretty bad though, there were a few rainy days and I'm not sure if the temperature ever climbed over 20C after I've been to the beach on March 21st. So I feel myself relatively comfortable in my solitary confinement. It's better to sit at home than to risk paying a €150 fine for breaking these stupid curfew rules, especially taking into consideration the disgusting weather which prevails. I'm not in the mood to play this risky game right now. By the way my only heater broke down sometime at the end of March, so I don't have heating at all, and the next two weeks are expected to be relatively cold, with temperatures sometimes falling below 10C.
As for the outer world, I have reasons to believe that the curfew rules will 100% last till the end of May, 50% they will last till the end of July and 10% they will last till the end of September. I have already posted this somewhere in the comments, so, to make my opinion more explicit, now I'm posting it right here.
As for Greece, it is pretty obvious that in the nearest days the Government will take much tougher approach, because this fucking "quarantine" didn't help at all (who would have thought!).
So what is happening now will basically continue, the Government, which had already betrayed its citizens who had voted for it, will continue stripping them off of all their rights, destroying their lives and businesses, while the citizens will continue to beg it for applying harsher measures, because the measures already applied "didn't work".
This is basically the way this whole "Western civilization" ends, and, to say the truth, I don't feel any sorrow, this is exactly what people of this civilization deserved.
Fuck them all, fucking coward sheep, fuck their rights and liberties and fuck their legitimately chosen governments.
I would have feel pity for this world if it was ending with battleroar, but it ends with fearful hiccups.
What a disgusting world and what disgusting people.
And I have no fucking idea what "COVID-19" has to do with all this shit, the previous year Greta Thunberg had already been speaking about oncoming "emergency", so I think this whole plan was already afoot back then, but at some point they (the world elites or someone else) comprehended that this "environmental" shit was way too illusive if they wanted to fool the whole humankind and close down the entire planet; people would not have agreed to destroy their own lives that easily just due to some photoghraphs without snow, so instead they swapped to COVID-19 plan and dumped stupid filthy rich Greta.
While "COVID-19" situation may be real (I'm not that sure, though), the media certainly exaggerated it a few thousand times, and now we get what we get, a whole planet of stupid coward sheep soiling themselves.
So yes, this is my point of view on this global situation. I find nothing neither funny not optimistic about it.
The worst part is that we're all trapped in the global world and there is no escape. The world leaders are also trapped, if one of them will take a step back and admit that this whole situation is just a charade, it will mean that all the other world leaders literally betrayed their nations and destroyed their economies and lives of their people with no reasons at all. Of course, this can not happed, because this is too much responsibility to take, and the world leaders are as coward as their stupid citizens. So the charade will continue till the whole humankind will become extinct.
