So, yesterday in the evening I've tried white mulberries for the first time in my life.

Unfortunately, I didn't have my camera with me, and as I ate them right off the tree and didn't take any home, I can't provide a photo.

Maybe I will do it today, but today heavy rains are expected in the evening, and the temperature had already fallen to 20C, and it seems we will end May in this manner - relatively cold weather (lower than 25C), rains, thunderstorms, clouds etc.

As for white mulberries, they are also great, but a little bit less sweet than black ones, and the taste itself is less intensive.

They are still great though, just like sweets.

I was surprised, because I thought that these were just unripe black mulberries, but if you look closer they are not, the ripe white mulberries come off pretty easy, of course, unlike unripe ones, and they are really white, tending to yellow, not green.

Pretty interesting.

So I don't know, maybe I should go on a mulberry diet, it seems a good way to save money in these circumstances, lol.

However, there is also bad news, unfortunately: https://greece.greekreporter.com/2020/02/11/athens-unique-mulberry-trees-on-the-brink-of-extinction-due-to-insect-damage/ :(((

Carpe diem.
