yannisSo, the year is ending in a really disgusting way here, in Athens.
It is cold (+5C), windy (well, actually stormy) and rainy. And it has been so for three or four days already, although today is definitely the worst day of this κακοκαιρία.
The Northern Greece is already covered with snow, with temperatures falling to -10C, and even in Attica the northern mountains like Parnitha are covered with snow, while many roads are closed and ships are fodbidden to leave their ports.
Some articles even claim that it was snowing in the center of Athens an hour ago, although even if it did, the snow cover didn't form.
But it doesn't make the situation less disgusting.
So, nothing to do but stay at home with a heater turned to maximum.
Hopefully storms and rains will end in the next 24 hours, but the cold with temperatures lower than +10C will definitely stay at least for a week more.
