The end of mulberries season
Jul. 10th, 2020 10:44 pmSo, today I ate mulberries for the last time this year. Collecting them makes no sense anymore, unfortunately.
What else is going on?
Yesterday the huge confrontation in the center of Athens occured, during the demonstration against the law which gives the authorities power to ban demonstrations.
Otherwise, nothing interesting happens. Clubs began scheduling concerts for autumn, and in a month a huge festival of local bands expected, in a place a few kilometers away from Athens, where Iron Maiden performed two years ago - one of the first concerts I've attended here.
I'm not quite sure this planned festival of local bands will actually happen, though. We'll see.
I've seen in the news that two more F1 GPs were rescheduled, and probably they will add one more GP in Italy, so chances are Italy will host three GPs instead of one. That will be a total madness even by this year's standards.
Restaurants in the city center are still almost empty, although some places that were not open since the previous year are going to open now, it seems.
