Season opening
Jun. 26th, 2019 11:56 pmSo, today I finally went to the beach, for the first time this year.
The weather was fine, about +30C, and strong wind blew, but there were almost no waves for some reason.
But there were fucking children, many of them. I fucking hate children, especially when they are playing on the beach, throwing sand all around.
And yes, I decided to go to Μπάτης, so it was plenty of sand and plenty of children. Probably I should have gone to some other place, with pebbles instead of sand, but as I've been just checking the situation, and Μπάτης is the closest beach accessible by tram, I went there.
Fucking children, how much I hate them... When I visited the beach the previous year, in October and November, there were almost no children. Hell, there were hardly any adults lol. The temperature was falling, so I guess it was not comfortable enough for them.
And now it is the peak of the season, the air temperature is fine, and water temperature is fine as well, about 25C, so children are everywhere. Fucking shit.
So yeah, I went to the beach in Μπάτης, enjoyed the sun and water for a few hours, and then, when the sun began its descend, I went to SNFCC aka Κέντρο Πολιτισμού Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος, where "Summer Nostos Festival" is taking place from June 23th to June 30th.
Fortunatelly, it is just a few tram stops away from Μπάτης.
There I managed to attend a free concert of Nakhane, although, I guess, this name means nothing to anyone reading this journal lol. And maybe to those not reading this journal as well.
Anyway, I didn't like this concert as much as yesterdays concert of Balthazar on the same stage, in the middle of the canal (yeah, that's right, in the middle of the canal).
The concert was pretty dull and the music of Nakhane is pretty sad, although he is a good singer, nobody will argue with that, and there were not as many people as at the yesterdays Balthazar concert, and there was no encore, and the concert was not that long, less than an hour.
But at least there was a free big bus to Σύνταγμα.
And while I've been at SNFCC, I learned that the next year Rammstein is heading for a new tour, about twenty dates all around Europe have been already announced. Fuck.
Yeah, they've got a free Wi-Fi at SNFCC, lol.
