Ну чё, today is 1st of April.
The current temperature is +11°C, and it's not even a joke.
Днём, maybe, будет +20. А maybe и не будет.
В общем, если кто думает что Αθήνα - жаркая страна, где на деревьях растут babanas, and monkeys are jumping from one palm to another, тот сильно ошибается.
Нет, цикады не поют, и water temperature is just +15°C, и на море я так и не был с January. И, увы, в обозримом будущем всё будет продолжаться в том же духе - around +10°C at night and around +20°C during the day, and it's in the best case. Даже +20 надолго задерживать не будет, не говоря о том чтоб выше перевалило.
Meh.
By the way, last night we changed clocks to Summer time, so now we live in the same time with Moscow lol.
Ещё тут вспоминал Den Haag, и подумалось, что покуда я жил в рашке, during every trip to Europe I had a strong feeling of... How do I call it? В общем, было чёткое ощущение заграницы, вот. You cross the border between Russia and any European state - and you feel differently. You have a strong feeling that now you are not in Russia, now you are somewhere else. I remember I was looking at the asphalt in the streets, and even this asphalt kept screaming at me: "Hey dude! You are not in Russia anymore! You are not! Now you are in E-U-R-O-P-E!" I remember this scream of the asphalt, really. Fucking asphalt. Anyway, it has always been a very special and may I call it magical feeling, when I arrived at some European country after leaving Russia. When I was just wondering through the streets of European cities.
But now - now this feeling is completely gone.
Yeah, Athens and Den Haag, Greece and The Netherlands, they are completely different cities and countries. Even comparing them seems silly.
But still, the feeling is gone. I arrived in The Netherlands. I walked around the city. I looked at the asphalt. The asphalt kept silent.
And this sudden change, I don't know... Yeah, I've noticed it now, afther living a little more than half a year outside of Russia.
Anyway, what was I supposed to say? What was all this about?
I don't know. But this magic feeling is gone now. Hopefully for the best.
